Most of the things I build start the same way: I notice something that could work better, help people more, or make life a little clearer, and I want to figure out what to do about it.

WHAT I’M BUILDING NOW

Foolproof Ops

I started Foolproof because I kept seeing the same thing happen: organizations would grow, but the way they worked wouldn’t grow with them.

Eventually too much lives in one person’s head, people aren’t sure what they’re responsible for, and simple things start taking way more energy than they should.

I help organizations figure out what’s getting in the way, then actually build the systems, workflows, and automations that make the work clearer and easier to carry.

WHAT’S NEXT

Willfully Married

Paola and I keep coming back to the same thing in marriage: love matters, but willingness matters too.

Healthy relationships ask both people to be willing to listen, take responsibility, communicate honestly, change, forgive, and keep showing up for each other.

That’s the heart behind Willfully Married.

We’re still figuring out exactly what it will become, but the goal is simple: create something practical that helps couples do the work of building a healthier marriage together.
